The castings of our production are used at metallurgical plants, machine-building plants and mining enterprises, for the manufacture of various spare parts and replacement equipment (from 0.5 to 3000 kg).

Forgings

In the production of free forgings, a hydraulic forging press line with a force of 800 tons and free forging hammers with a mass of falling parts of 3.15 tons / 1.0 tons / 0.16 tons are used.
Upon request, these forgings can be made with pre-machining and ultrasonic testing in accordance with GOST 24507-80.

Also, one of the main directions of the forging and pressing shop is the provision of services for the reforging of tubular billets from titanium alloys of grades VT1-0, PT-1M, PT-7M, PT-3V, VT3-0 with a diameter of 90–270 mm and a length 1200–3000 mm.
